Official punishment categories, durations and examples of conduct that may lead to a banishment.
Fair Play, Clear Consequences
Every case is reviewed according to evidence, intent, damage caused and the player's punishment history. Staff may apply a stronger punishment immediately when the situation presents exceptional risk to Dathoria or its community.

ZERO-TOLERANCE RECURRENCE RULE: ANY REPEAT OFFENCE, REGARDLESS OF CATEGORY, RESULTS IN A PERMANENT BANISHMENT OF THE ENTIRE ACCOUNT.
I. Minor Infraction 7-day character banishment
Applied to lower-impact violations committed through a specific character.
- Light spam, flooding or repeated messages
- Minor provocation or inappropriate comments
- Light misuse of public channels
- Minor intentional disobedience toward staff instructions
- Light advertising without malicious links
- Minor use of macros with no combat or economic advantage
- Light obstruction of public areas or NPC access
- Minor false report made without fabricated evidence
- Inappropriate but non-severe character name
- First minor abuse of an unintended mechanic with no meaningful gain
Result: Only the offending character is blocked for 7 days.
II. Medium Infraction 30-day character banishment
Applied to serious character-specific misconduct that does not yet justify an account-wide punishment.
- Automated macros used to simplify gameplay
- Excessive spam or repeated channel disruption
- Advertising other servers or unauthorized services
- Moderate harassment, insults or targeted provocation
- Intentional blocking or sabotage through one character
- Moderate bug abuse with limited personal gain
- Attempted deception between players
- Offensive or prohibited name used deliberately
- False evidence or manipulated screenshots
- Obstruction of a staff investigation
- Kill farming or ranking manipulation on a limited scale
- Character created primarily to disturb or deceive players
Result: Only the offending character is blocked for 30 days.
III. Serious Infraction 7-day account banishment
Applied when the violation involves account-wide responsibility, unfair advantage or meaningful damage.
- Unauthorized multi-client use
- Use of bots or automated gameplay tools
- Account sharing used to obtain an advantage
- Attempting to evade a character punishment
- Account or character sale outside official systems
- Moderate real-money trading
- Bug abuse resulting in relevant experience, items or money
- Fraud or deliberate scam between players
- Staff impersonation without financial theft
- Use of multiple accounts to block, heal, farm or interfere with PvP
- Coordinated kill farming or event manipulation
- Transfer or concealment of assets linked to a violation
Result: The entire account and every character on it are blocked for 7 days.
IV. Very Serious Infraction 30-day account banishment
Applied to major cheating, economic damage, severe abuse or fraud affecting the server or other players.
- Cheat tools, illegal software or modified clients
- Cavebot, target bot, auto-healing or combat automation
- Packet editing, memory editing or code injection
- Serious bug abuse or attempted item duplication
- Major manipulation of the server economy
- Organized real-money trading
- Chargeback abuse or payment fraud
- Serious harassment, hate speech or discriminatory abuse
- Staff impersonation used to steal items or credentials
- Phishing attempts or distribution of malicious links
- Large-scale ranking, war or event manipulation
- Organized ban evasion or use of alternative accounts
- Threats against players, staff or server operations
- Deliberate concealment or distribution of a serious exploit
Result: The entire account and every character on it are blocked for 30 days.
V. Unacceptable Conduct Permanent account banishment
Applied without expiration when conduct presents an unacceptable threat to fair play, player safety, server security or the long-term integrity of Dathoria.
- Any repeat offence after a previous banishment
- Confirmed use or distribution of severe cheats
- Successful item duplication or catastrophic economy exploitation
- Attack, attempted attack or threat against the server, website or database
- Account theft, credential theft or organized phishing
- Malware, malicious files or tools targeting Dathoria players
- Large-scale financial fraud or fraudulent chargebacks
- Organized sale of accounts, items, gold or Dathoria assets
- Repeated ban evasion through alternative accounts
- Real-life threats, doxxing, blackmail or severe targeted harassment
- Attempted bribery, corruption or acquisition of administrative assets
- Deliberate actions intended to destroy the community or game environment
- Any conduct the Administration determines creates an immediate and unacceptable risk
Result: The account and all associated characters are permanently blocked. Characters, items and account records remain preserved for administrative review.
Important: Names that violate the naming rules may also receive a name lock when appropriate. Evidence, intent and impact are always considered, but the Administration may skip lower categories in severe cases. Ban-related private information such as IP addresses, e-mail addresses and internal investigation notes is never published.
