Complete guide for both classic Citizen outfit addons. The Backpack addon uses 100 Minotaur Leathers and a two-hour crafting wait; the Feather Hat uses Chicken Feathers, Honeycombs and a Legion Helmet.
Objective: Complete either addon route independently and unlock both Citizen addons.
Outfit Method
- Collect every item listed in Required materials before starting the turn-in.
- Go to Lubo in/near Lubo or Amber / Hanna or Norma.
- Say: hi, first citizen addon, yes. The NPC removes the first-addon materials and unlocks the first addon.
- Say: hi, second citizen addon, yes. The NPC removes the second-addon materials and unlocks the second addon.
- Open Set Outfit on your character and enable the unlocked addon(s).
Walkthrough
- Choose Lubo on Mainland or Amber on Rookgaard for the Backpack route. Accept the addon task and deliver 100 Minotaur Leathers.
- Wait two full hours, return to the same NPC and ask about backpack to receive the addon.
- Choose Hanna in Thais or Norma on Rookgaard for the Feather Hat route. Accept the hat task.
- Deliver 100 Chicken Feathers, 50 Honeycombs and one Legion Helmet, then confirm to receive the addon immediately.
- The routes are independent and may be completed in either order.
