Quest Notes
Travel through Ancient Temple toward Mintwallin and raid the Cyclops treasure section. This dedicated page covers the Mintwallin Cyclops Quest, not the separate two-player Devil Helmet Quest.
Objective: Reach the deepest Cyclops treasure room, claim every independent reward and secure Silver Key 3610 for the separate Devil Helmet route.
Walkthrough
- Enter Ancient Temple north of Thais with Rope, Shovel and Pick.
- Follow the deep route through Rotworms, Orcs, Fire Devils and Minotaurs toward Mintwallin.
- Do not enter the two-player Devil Helmet laboratory route; remain on the Cyclops treasure path described below.
- Reach the Cyclops section and clear the rooms before opening containers.
- Open every independent reward container. Silver Key 3610 is especially important because it is used by the separate Devil Helmet Quest.
- The final marked treasure point is at 32590, 32097, 14.
- Check your inventory and Quest Log before beginning the long return to Thais.

Part 1 — Ancient Temple to Mintwallin
The danger comes from the long underground route, not from an NPC or level door.

- Leave Thais through the northern exit and enter Ancient Temple.
- Descend through the Rotworm and Orc passages.
- Proceed carefully through Fire Devil and Minotaur territory; do not rush into stacked ranged creatures.
- Continue toward Mintwallin until the route branches toward the Cyclops treasure section.
Important route notes
- Minotaur Archers and Mages should be pulled into narrow corridors instead of fought in open rooms.
Part 2 — Clear the Cyclops Section
Secure the rooms first so reward containers are not interrupted.

- Enter the Cyclops area and eliminate nearby Cyclopes one group at a time.
- Check side rooms and dead ends; the rewards are distributed among separate quest containers.
- Keep Wooden Key 3980 and Silver Key 3610. Do not drop them while continuing the exploration.
- Reach the marked main treasure position at 32590, 32097, 14.

- This section is independent from the pressure-plate mechanism of Devil Helmet Quest.
Part 3 — Collect Every Reward
Each treasure uses its own personal storage, so one opened container does not empty the others.

- Open each available quest container exactly once.
- Verify the two numbered keys: Wooden Key 3980 and Silver Key 3610.
- Collect the Halberd, Devil Helmet, four Small Sapphires, Sandals, Scale Armor, Silver Amulet and three Blank Runes.
- Confirm Mintwallin Cyclops Quest completion in the Quest Log before leaving.
- Return through Ancient Temple or continue separately to Devil Helmet Quest only if your team is prepared for its two-player mechanism.
