  • Bring a Rope and keep it accessible before descending into the final Circle Room.
  • No NPC dialogue, key, lever, vocation, payment, party size or previous quest is required.
  • Reserve at least 167.00 oz of total free capacity if you intend to carry both rewards at the same time.
  • A coordinated team is strongly recommended because the final chamber contains many Dwarf Soldiers, Dwarf Guards and Dwarf Geomancers.
  • Level 32+
  • Premium is not required by the detected Dathoria quest data

Quest Notes

Enter the western mines of Kazordoon, descend through Dwarfs, Dwarf Soldiers and Dwarf Guards, pass the level 32 Gate of Expertise and survive the heavily populated Circle Room to claim both classic rewards.

Objective: Reach the southern reward wall inside the Circle Room and collect both independent rewards: one Dwarven Axe and one War Hammer. On Dathoria the quest is complete only after both rewards have been delivered successfully.

Walkthrough

  1. Leave Kazordoon toward the western dwarf mines and enter the mine traditionally used for the Circle Room route.
  2. Descend through the upper mine levels, following the route through Dwarfs, Rotworms and Poison Spiders toward the deeper Soldier sections.
  3. Continue through the Dwarf Soldier corridors, then descend into the Dwarf Guard levels. Clear intersections before advancing because creatures can approach from both directions.
  4. Reach the Gate of Expertise and pass it with a level 32 or higher character. No storage, key, Premium Account or vocation is checked.
  5. Before descending into the Circle Room, place your Rope in an accessible container, restore health and mana, and coordinate the team entry.
  6. Enter the final chamber and advance carefully along one side of the room. Eliminate Dwarf Geomancers first whenever possible because their magic, healing and mana drain make the remaining monsters harder to control.
  7. Fight south toward the two reward containers. Do not stand on the reward tiles until the surrounding monsters are controlled.
  8. Open both independent rewards with enough capacity and inventory space: first the Dwarven Axe and then the War Hammer, or in the opposite order.
  9. Verify both items in your inventory. The Circle Room Quest is recorded as complete only after both reward storages are present.
  10. Return using the functional rope spot and the same mine route. The quest has no timer, reset lever or automatic expulsion.

Complete Step-by-Step Guide

Part 1 — Prepare in Kazordoon

Level 32 is mandatory; preparation determines whether you survive the final chamber.

Items for this route
  • Level 32 or higher
  • Rope
  • Healing supplies
  • Mana supplies
  • Food
  • At least two free inventory positions
Complete step-by-step
  1. Confirm that every character entering the quest is level 32 or higher. A level 31 character cannot pass the Gate of Expertise.
  2. Place the Rope in the main backpack or another container that can be opened immediately during combat.
  3. Reserve 82.00 oz for the Dwarven Axe and 85.00 oz for the War Hammer. Reserve 167.00 oz to collect both without rearranging equipment.
  4. Bring enough supplies for a long underground route and a final room with dozens of aggressive dwarfs.
  5. For a team run, choose the blocker and decide who will kill Dwarf Geomancers first before entering the mine.
Important route notes
  • Premium Account is not required.
  • There is no starting NPC and no keyword to activate the quest.
  • Level 32 is the access requirement; higher levels are recommended only for survival.

Part 2 — Enter the Western Dwarf Mines

Travel from Kazordoon to the western mine and begin the descent.

Items for this route
  • Rope
  • Combat supplies
Complete step-by-step
  1. Leave Kazordoon through the western routes and reach the small western mine entrance.
  2. Enter the cave and kill or pass the Dwarfs near the first descent.
  3. Follow the underground path toward the north-east and take the next descent into the deeper mine system.
  4. Continue through the sections containing Dwarfs, Rotworms and Poison Spiders without searching for a key or lever.
  5. Keep the return path in mind; the quest uses normal stairs, holes and rope spots rather than a teleport shortcut.
Important route notes
  • The modern mine nickname may differ, but the correct route is the western Kazordoon mine leading toward the level 32 door.
  • No quest storage is created merely by entering the cave.
  • Do not follow unrelated mine branches that lead away from the Soldier and Guard levels.

Part 3 — Cross the Dwarf Soldier Levels

The middle route becomes narrower and more dangerous.

Items for this route
  • Healing supplies
  • Area or distance attacks where safe
Complete step-by-step
  1. After the upper mine sections, follow the route generally south, west and then north through the Soldier corridors.
  2. Clear Dwarf Soldiers before stepping into intersections so that additional groups do not surround you from behind.
  3. Use corridor corners to reduce the number of melee attackers that can reach the blocker at once.
  4. Keep fragile characters behind the blocker and avoid rushing into unexplored rooms.
  5. Take the next descent only after the current floor is controlled.
Important route notes
  • The quest contains no timed mechanism, so clearing the route slowly is safe.
  • Creatures respawn normally; do not remain idle in previously cleared intersections for too long.
  • The route should contain classic 8.0 creatures, not Lost or Gnome-era dwarfs.

Part 4 — Pass the Dwarf Guards and Find the Level Door

The final approach contains stronger melee groups before the Gate of Expertise.

Items for this route
  • Level 32 or higher
  • Full health and mana before the door
Complete step-by-step
  1. Descend into the Dwarf Guard section and clear each group before advancing through the short connecting corridors.
  2. Follow the route south, then west and north toward the protected door.
  3. Locate the Gate of Expertise immediately before the final descent.
  4. Use the door with a level 32 or higher character. Characters below level 32 receive the standard rejection and cannot pass.
  5. After crossing, regroup on the safe side of the door and prepare for the descent into the Circle Room.
Important route notes
  • No key, storage, vocation or Premium check should be required at this door.
  • A low-level player must not be able to bypass the restriction by following a higher-level player.
  • On the Dathoria map the door must use the server level-door configuration equivalent to level 32.

Part 5 — Prepare Before Entering the Circle Room

The final descent places the team close to a very large concentration of monsters.

Items for this route
  • Rope ready
  • Full supplies
  • Team formation
Complete step-by-step
  1. Stop before the final descent and move the Rope to an accessible container.
  2. Restore health and mana, replace expiring rings and confirm that every player is ready.
  3. Send the blocker first and allow the room to focus on one durable target before the remaining team descends.
  4. Do not stack several fragile players on the entry tile while monsters are still uncontrolled.
  5. Choose one side of the room for the advance instead of running directly through the centre.
Important route notes
  • The Circle Room is not a protection zone.
  • There is no boss lever, party size requirement, timer or automatic reset.
  • The Rope is essential for the classic exit route after the rewards are collected.

Part 6 — Survive the Circle Room

Dwarf Geomancers are the priority targets; Guards and Soldiers create the physical pressure.

Items for this route
  • Area damage used carefully
  • Mana recovery
  • Strong physical protection
Complete step-by-step
  1. Upon entering, stabilize the immediate area around the stairs before moving deeper into the chamber.
  2. Advance along one side of the circular wall to limit the directions from which monsters can approach.
  3. Kill Dwarf Geomancers first whenever they are reachable. Their healing and mana-draining attacks prolong the fight significantly.
  4. After reducing the Geomancers, eliminate Dwarf Guards and Dwarf Soldiers in controlled groups.
  5. Avoid uncontrolled area attacks near teammates or unintended creatures according to the server PvP rules.
  6. Continue south only after establishing a retreat path back toward the entry and rope area.
Important route notes
  • The historical challenge is the number and mixture of dwarfs, not a boss monster.
  • The room should remain populated by Dwarf Soldiers, Dwarf Guards and Dwarf Geomancers after normal respawn.
  • Do not expect the monsters to disappear after another player completes the quest.

Part 7 — Claim Both Independent Rewards

The two reward containers are located at the southern end of the Circle Room.

Items for this route
  • 82.00 oz for Dwarven Axe
  • 85.00 oz for War Hammer
  • Two free inventory positions
Complete step-by-step
  1. Reach the southern reward wall only after the nearby dwarfs are dead, blocked or safely controlled.
  2. Open the Dwarven Axe reward. The item is ID 2435 with Attack 31, Defense 19, +2 extra defense and weight 82.00 oz.
  3. Open the War Hammer reward. The item is ID 2391 with Attack 45, Defense 10, two-handed use and weight 85.00 oz.
  4. The order is irrelevant. Each reward has an independent per-character storage.
  5. If capacity or inventory space is insufficient, make room and use that reward again; a failed delivery must not consume it.
  6. Confirm that both items are present. Only then is storage 9148 used as the final Circle Room Quest completion on Dathoria.
  7. Using an already collected reward again displays that it is empty for that character.
Important route notes
  • One player collecting a reward does not remove it for other characters.
  • The rewards are not physical globally removable items inside ordinary containers.
  • Quest Points are awarded only from the final completion storage after both rewards.

Part 8 — Exit Safely

There is no automatic teleport; return through the mine using the classic route.

Items for this route
  • Rope
  • Remaining supplies
Complete step-by-step
  1. Return toward the functional rope spot after verifying both rewards.
  2. Clear any monsters occupying the rope destination or the tile above before using the Rope.
  3. Climb out and follow the same Guard, Soldier and upper-mine passages back toward Kazordoon.
  4. Account for respawns on the return trip; previously cleared rooms may no longer be empty.
  5. Store or sell the rewards only after reaching safety.
Important route notes
  • The quest has no daily reset and is not repeatable on the same character.
  • Death, logout and server restart must not reset collected reward storages.
  • A different character can complete the quest independently.

Dathoria Tips

  • Keep the Rope on the first page of an open backpack before descending into the final chamber.
  • Advance along an outer wall instead of through the centre; this reduces the number of directions from which dwarfs can surround you.
  • Prioritize Dwarf Geomancers. Their healing and mana drain are the main reason fights become prolonged.
  • Reserve exactly enough capacity before entering: 82.00 oz for Dwarven Axe, 85.00 oz for War Hammer and 167.00 oz for both.
  • Open both reward containers even if you only plan to use one weapon. The quest completes only after both rewards.
  • If a reward reports insufficient capacity or space, rearrange your inventory and use it again; no reward storage should be consumed on failure.
  • Expect respawns on the return route and keep supplies for the trip back to Kazordoon.
  • Characters below level 32 cannot be carried through the Gate of Expertise by another player.
